We use this information to process and manage your booking, communicate with you, coordinate rental details, and provide service-related SMS messages. These messages may include booking confirmations, payment links, reminders, and scheduling updates.

SMS communications

You may withdraw your SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an existing booking or alter other applicable booking obligations.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not share mobile information, SMS consent, or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided only to service providers that help us operate bookings, payments, or messaging, or when disclosure is required by law.

Data care

We take reasonable steps to protect booking information and retain it only as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to mobile sauna rental services provided by Venik Steam in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. By submitting a booking request and proceeding with payment, you agree to these terms.

Booking confirmation and deposit

A booking request is not confirmed automatically. After the owner reviews and approves the request, Venik Steam will send a Stripe payment link for a $100 deposit. The booking is confirmed after the required deposit is paid.

Remaining rental balance

The remaining rental balance is due on the rental day before the sauna session begins. Payment instructions may be provided by secure payment link.

Add-ons are charged only after they are actually used:

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations, rescheduling, and any related payment arrangements are handled by agreement with the owner. Contact Venik Steam as soon as possible if your plans change.

SMS Terms

If you choose to receive SMS messages, Venik Steam may send booking confirmations, payment links for the $100 deposit, remaining rental balance, and add-ons, and reminders related to your booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
